Light Years is a Gold Coast skin studio reimagined for real life and real people, in real-time.
Grounded in science, activated by light, and led by you — Light Years values personal connections, tailored advice and honest, effective skin care for all. After experiencing the aesthetic and therapeutic benefits of LED light for themselves, owners Megan, Katrina & Angie opened the skin studio in 2020. They took everything they loved from skin bars around the world (efficiency and clarity), took out what they didn’t (attitude and expense), and added the down-to-earth character of this place they now call home.
The branding needed to be fresh and playful, have a sense of casual sophistication, be elegant yet casual, efficient but not cold and medical, and somewhere between the look and feel of a clinic and a spa. The playful letters in the logo are a subtle nod to youthfulness, while still being elevated and clean, the brand icon is a subtle representation of a face.
